Q. I am looking to get a tattoo of a african woman with locs, I am not looking for her to be nude. Nothing pornographic.I havent come across any core images to work with. I want to be able to would able to have wings added to the immage it is to be placed on the lower back.
A. Best thing to do it find a local african artist, and see if they can create one for you. Then a tattoo artist should be able to put it on you.
