Q. what area tattoo do u have? i have one in my back lower where near my butt
A. For women it would be the lower back. For men, it would be the shoulder or bicep area. I have a tattoo on my left shoulder, right bicep, left chest muscle, and stomach.
Whats the Equivalent feeling to a tattoo near your hip bone/lower stomach?
Q. If you had to describe the feeling of getting a tattoo on your hip/lower stomach what would you compare it to? Im getting a tattoo on my hip tommorow (its booked and everything) and i was wondering what it feels like?? By the way this is my first tattoo.
and do you have any suggestions to help me with the pain?
thanks so much!

A. I recently got a tattoo on my hip bone and lower stomach. Different spots felt pretty different.
When he was right on my bone it really hurt pretty bad. The pain stops every time he pick up the needle, so that helps, but it's a burning/scratching sensation. I've never been stung by a bee, but I thought is was kinda like getting scratched by a cat. It only hurts a little at first, but the pain kinda builds up the longer the artist goes without stopping.
Right next to my hip bone felt kinda strange, like it was hitting a nerve or something. I can't even describe the sensation, but it was weird more than painful.
The rest of my stomach was not so bad. I couldn't really tell where he was unless I looked, and sometimes it felt like he was in a different spot than he was, which was weird. If I flexed my abs it hurt a lot more than when I relaxed and remembered to breathe. After my hip bone, my endorphins had kicked in and it still felt like scratching, but pleasant.
Down really low on my stomach felt really good haha, which was a bit embarrassing
Time flies by when you get tattooed. My artist said that women typically handle stomach tattoos much better than men. Talk to the artist or a friend to distract yourself, relax and breathe. It hurts, but it really isn't that horrible. You will probably enjoy the experience.
