Would you get an anal tattoo?

Q. I can't really believe this is the next "big" thing.

A. Having had rectal/anal surgery, and knowing that afterwards it hurts like bloody hell and recovery takes a LONG time -- there is no way, but NO WAY I'd even consider having an anal tattoo!

HELP! BAD EYEBROW TATTOO, COURT?, lawsuit?
Q. I WANT TO DO A LAWSUIT FOR BAD EYEBROW TATTOO?
I WANT TO DO A LAWSUIT AGAINST MY COSMETIC TATTOO SALON / TECH
I want to be reimbursed the cost of the Tattoo $120 plus the cost of facial laser tattoo removal $2500
My permanent eyebrow tattoo was done March 15, 2012. I have sparce brows. I am now stuck with tattoo eyebrows that are 1) colored jet black; 2) the shape of a 'line' 3) and placed significantly above my own natural brow line. The THREE 3 things you NEED to get right with an eyebrow tattoo: 1) color 2) shape 3) location ... are now visually damaged.
I asked her how we are going to fix this problem and she said she would CHARGE me to touch up and/or blend a lighter color in the black tattoo and/or put a color erase liquid. As I became more upset, she said she would give me a discount!!??!! Can you believe this! This is NOT right or fair.
I am in my mid 40's and in a very professional field of work. I have never ever had a tattoo ever, there are No other tattoos on my body. The Hmong cosmetic tattoo tech lady is the owner of the salon/ permanent make-up business. This woman who came so highly recommended blatantly failed to listen to what I wanted. I specifically told her that I wanted a very natural brow. I then wiped off my own brow make up, right in front of her, and with my brow pencil in a light brown color, I re-colored my brow to show her exactly what I wanted. I told her several times I wanted a very natural look. I did not want an eyebrow that looked like a 'line' eyebrow. We also talked about my tattoo not looking like a solid geometrical 'line' and I wanted to know the possibility of having little lines or 'hairs' tattooed in my own eyebrow so it would look natural. She said those little hair lines were not possible, but not to worry, it would look very natural. I told her I wanted the color of blond or light brown since my skin color is very white and pale and I have light brown hair. My husband was there as witness to everything and my daughter too. We went through pictures together. She had me sign a paper, and I really dont have any idea what I signed and I didnt ask for a copy, however, I want a copy now! and I dont know if I should just ask her or write a formal letter requesting it.
Before she did her work, she cut all the little hairs off of both my eyebrows with these little scissors. After she did her tattoo work, I looked in the mirror and notice it was the shape of a 'line' that I didnt want. I questioned the shape and she said in English/Hmong accent: 'I saw what you do with pencil for me, but I No like, I do this one for you'. I was stone cold. I asked about the black color.. she said it would scab, fade and in a couple of months be lighter brown. I didnt notice its position until weeks passed and all the little hairs in my 'real' eyebrows started growing back below the tattoo. My tattoo never scabbed. It never peeled it never faded.. the same black color that I walked out the day the tattoo was done is the same color I have 2 months later, BLACK. I questioned her about that and she said that some girls just 'absorb' the color and the color doesnt change and I am just one of 'those' girls. I questioned her professionalism and asked, if this is in fact true , why didnt you do a color test on my skin. So you will know what you are going to get as a result. She laughed and said she couldnt do that to all her clients. (as if it would take up too much time, or something?)
I am an ire mess beside myself. I look RIDICULOUS! Of course my family assures me I look beautiful. My professional colleagues say nothing, not a thing. It pains me to see the pain in their faces when they have to look at me face to face. . I have not shaved or plucked my eyebrows underneath. I feel like I need to grow them out so I can show the woman and/or take pictures for the judge. I dont want a pity wagon! But I do want what is fair. I want to sue for reimbursement of the tattoo and for laser removal. I need information and I dont know where to start. Does anyone know an estimate for eyebrow laser removal? Does anyone know any contract legal grounds for this problem? Thank you everyone who is willing to share with me any information or insight about any aspect of this situation. Absolutely any helpful comments are so very much appreciated! ~Emmy Marx(lol, see I still have a sense of humor! :D )

A. Number one, this was a tattoo artist specializing in cosmetic tattooing, correct? Okay. The ten thousand dollar question... did you sign a contract in which you agreed to accept the work as is? If you did, a judge is going to ask if this is your signature on the form, yes or no. If the answer is yes, you're pretty screwed. If the answer is no, you have a case. Good luck with it. A facial tattoo that's been botched by an amateur is no joke.
