Q. For a paper i have to write, i am trying to recall various forms of media that have portrayed women with tattoos.
Not actresses themselves with tattoos- but characters in all types of film. I am researching the "types" of women who have had tattoos to gain an understanding of how the media portrays tattoos on women in general.
So what movies/shows/music videos have you seen chicks with tats??

A. SPOILER ALERT: Incest is an integral part of the plot in some of these movies
I haven't seen Precious: Based on the Novel Push by Sapphire (2009), but it has received plenty of critical acclaim. Movies that I've seen - and recommend - that have more than a passing reference to incest:
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2009, Swedish with subtitles, Swedish title: Man som hatar kvinnor, which roughly translates to 'Men Who Hate Women') Still in the theaters, this is an excellent murder mystery. Clear cause and effect of how incest destroys families.
Natural Born Killers (1994) This one gives a clear depiction of how the scarred incest victim acts out in young adulthood, and that's an understatement!
Miller's Crossing (1990, by the Coen brothers, with John Turturro) The brother and sister explicitly talk about their part in it. There are 2 love triangles in this movie, make sure you get both of them.
The Color Purple (1985, with Danny Glover, Oprah Winfrey and Whoopi Goldberg)
The Manchurian Candidate (1962) The original version with Angela Lansbury and Frank Sinatra. The incest here isn't sexual; it's about a mother using her son to satisfy her emotional needs. But the darkness of incest is all there: seductive behavior by the parent, and parental coercion to keep the child loyal and secretive.
Hamlet (1948, with Sir Laurence Olivier). I put the best version of this one in here because it's Shakespeare, portrayed by one of its greatest interpreters.
TV show: Six Feet Under (2001 - 2005) Incest is explored at least twice in the relationship between Brenda and Billy Chenowith.
