A. You could get a tigers paws on your breast and then the head resting on your shoulder & then have the body go down back. Have the legs wrap around your legs
Copyright tattoo design?
Q. Well I see so many people go online, find someone else's tattoo, and then decide to go get it inked on themselves. I for one think this is horrible, and then I began to wonder about the possibility of it happening to me...
Anyone have any idea if it would be possible to copyright my tattoo design so that anyone else that ever got it inked on them self could be prosecuted?
It may sound silly to some, but I�m sure some of you that have custom pieces will understand. So anyone got any information on this?

Courtney- Ever done any art yourself? Every have it simply copied by someone else?
There's a difference between someone having something similar, someone having something in the same style, and someone simply coping your idea.

There's a difference between someone having something similar, someone having something in the same style, and someone simply coping your idea.
A. There is a woman named Angel- she was the first person (that anybody knows about) to get "life sized" angel wings on her back. She has the design copyrighted and can sue anyone who gets her exact wings tattooed on them. The only issue is ANY change makes the design different and therefore unprotected- thus like 6 million people are walking around with angel wings these days.
Basically the problem is the people who were getting tattooed BMI (Before Miami Ink) were interested in being different and original- now people come on Answers to ask what they should get- just another expression of their clone-like tendencies.
All my pieces are custom and many of them were drawn and redrawn and nit picked till I was sure they were perfect- If someone wants a "basic" design there are many flash companies out there waiting to sell them what they want- but to be so lame as to steal MY design- MY idea- one that they in no way are gonna me pay for- That just sucks.
